Down and Dirty

So last week I was contacted by a producer to do a short segment on Down & Dirty Radio with Frank Fontanta, formerly of HGTV’s Design on a Dime! The producer just happened to find my ‘lil ‘ole post about my colossal DIY FAIL attempt at refinishing my $12.00 dining room table found at the thrift store (which, apparently, turned out lovely, despite the hiccups!). Um, you don’t have to ask me twice!! Now if only I can work on my rambling….. LOL.

Here’s a look if you’re interested! He starts off talking about MUSTARD because the previous guest was some mustard guy. HAHAHA

FAST FORWARD TO minute 41:30….some reason, can’t get the video to jump to that point. Grrrr….

Or click this link to jump forward:

So, did I sound totally stupid??

It felt much shorter than it was (about 6 and 1/2 minutes), but that’s always the case when you’re rambling, huh? ;-)

Anyhow, more from me tonight when I update you about BlogHer 2012!! What a great experience!!

LIFE shouldn't be financial suicide! Thrift Diving is about finding cheap solutions to life's expenses, via thrift stores and second-hand goods: I paint used furniture and decorate my house with it....my family rocks cute thrift store clothing.....and I invest tons of DIY (do-it-yourself) home improvement hours into fixing up our old 1973 single-family home. Thrift Diving is about turning the "expensive" into the "affordable." Thanks for joining me! Happy Thrift Diving!
